Privacy policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to send you a parcel and to see which pages people read. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not use it for advertising.

We use Google Analytics to count page views. It never receives your name, email, phone or address, and section 4 explains how to stop it counting you at all.

Who is responsible for your data

AURVIZ is a brand of Neurodrishti Private Limited, which is the Data Fiduciary for your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: it decides what is collected and why, and is answerable for it. In the Act’s terms you are the Data Principal. That company is the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023: it decides what is collected and why, and it is answerable for it.

In this policy, "AURVIZ", "we" and "us" mean Neurodrishti Private Limited. "You" means anybody who visits this site, or the person placing a preorder.

What we collect, and when

If you place a preorder

Your name, email address, mobile number and delivery address, plus anything you type in the optional note. We ask for all of it on one page and use it for one thing: getting a product to you and telling you about the order.

When you pay

We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Those go straight from your browser to Razorpay Software Private Limited, who are PCI-DSS compliant and who process the payment on our behalf. What comes back to us is a confirmation that a payment succeeded and a payment reference. Nothing else.

When you simply read the site

Google Analytics records that a page was viewed and, with it: the site or search that sent you, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device and browser you used. Your IP address is anonymised before it is stored. On the preorder page it also records that a form was started and whether an order was completed: the fact of it, never the contents.

No personal information is ever sent to Google. Not your name, email, phone or address. That is a rule we enforce in the code and test for, not merely an intention.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

We ask for your consent to process your booking details, and we use them only to fulfil and communicate about your order. We do not send marketing, so we do not ask you for marketing consent; if that ever changes we will ask separately, and agreeing to one will not require agreeing to the other.

You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@aurviz.com, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawing it will not affect an order already being processed, but it may leave us unable to complete a new one.

Cookies

Two, both from Google Analytics, and nothing else:

_ga
Tells one browser apart from another so two visits are not counted as two people. Expires after two years.
_ga_KCE0Q9XLS7
Keeps track of a single visit. Expires after two years.

We set no advertising cookies, we do not use Google Signals, and nothing here follows you to other websites. Razorpay sets its own cookie while its payment window is open, which is theirs and is covered by Razorpay's privacy policy.

If you would rather not be counted

Install Google's own opt-out extension, which stops Google Analytics on every site rather than only this one. Blocking cookies for this site in your browser settings, or using any of the common content blockers, has the same effect here.

Nothing on this site behaves differently either way. The statistics are for us to understand which pages are read; they change nothing about what you can do or see.

Who else sees it

Razorpay
Takes the payment. Receives your name, email and phone so it can send a receipt and handle refunds.
Google
Analytics, as described above, and Google Sheets, where our order list is kept.
The courier
At dispatch, gets your name, address and phone. That is how a parcel is carried.
Nobody else
We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers. If a law or a court requires disclosure we will comply, and we will tell you unless we are forbidden to.

All processing currently takes place within India. If that changes we will update this policy and, where section 16 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires it, ask your consent first.

How long we keep it

  • Order records stay while your order is open and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to hold them.
  • Analytics records are held no longer than 14 months, which is the maximum Google allows for this data.
  • Cancelled preorders are deleted on request as soon as any refund has cleared.

When you ask us to delete something, we give you 48 hours’ notice before we do, so there is a last chance to change your mind or export anything you need first.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

  • Show you what we hold about you, and who we have shared it with.
  • Correct anything wrong or out of date, a changed address most often.
  • Erase it, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Nominate somebody to exercise these rights for you if you cannot.
  • Withdraw consent, as easily as it was given.

Email hello@aurviz.com and we will answer. There is no charge, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

The site is served over HTTPS throughout. Payment details never reach our systems. Our order list is access-controlled, and the credentials that reach our payment provider are held as environment variables on the host rather than in any file.

No system is perfect. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, describing what happened, its likely impact and what we are doing about it, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 require.

Children

This site is not intended for anybody under 18, and we do not knowingly collect a child’s data without the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, as section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the grievance officer for Neurodrishti Private Limited is:

Name
Mr Ashwani Yadav, Grievance Officer
Email
ashwani@aurviz.com
Address
1st floor, DMS, IIT Delhi, Hauz Khas, New Delhi 110016, Delhi, India

We will acknowledge any complaint within 48 hours of receiving it, and resolve it within one month. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, to the consumer forum with jurisdiction over where you live, or, once it is operational, to the Data Protection Board of India.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will email everybody holding a preorder. The version that applied when you ordered is the one that governs your order.
